  • How long does a merchant have to approve my request? When you submit a request, the merchant receives a notification and has approximately 5 minutes to accept or decline your request.
  • How much time do I have to reach the merchant? Once approved, you receive live GPS routing and a strict 15-minute countdown timer to reach the merchant’s location.
  • Why is payment locked until I arrive? SnapCash uses GPS Geofencing for fraud prevention. Payment gateways (FPX or DuitNow QR) remain locked until your device registers within the immediate physical vicinity of the merchant.
  • What payment methods are supported?
    • DuitNow QR: Scan the merchant’s QR code using any supported Malaysian banking app.
    • FPX Online Banking: Transfer funds directly via online banking portals (including Public Bank PBe, RHB Bank, AmBank, Bank Islam, Bank Muamalat, etc.).

  • How do I get paid as a merchant? When a customer completes their digital payment via FPX or DuitNow QR, you receive a real-time notification confirming the funds are secured before handing over the physical cash.
